Favorite après venue in/around Sierra-at-Tahoe that you love to go to time and again: Himmel Haus, great German spot with good food & beer.

Resort that you think has the best food out of anywhere in the world: Sierra-at-Tahoe! Fresh healthy & organic! So rad they provide quality food!

Snack you always have with you while on the slopes: I love my MacroBars!

Claims to fame: Gold medalist, superpipe, X Games, 2006 & 2011-2014 (most medaled woman in X Games history); Gold medalist, halfpipe, Olympics, 2002; Bronze medalist, halfpipe, Olympics, 2010 & 2014

Home mountain: Mammoth Mountain, Mammoth Lakes, Calif.

Favorite place to dine in Mammoth, and favorite dish there: My favorite place to eat at the village is Campo. I pretty much love all pizza, and they have great pizza there.

Favorite après venue at Mammoth that you love to go to time and again: I like to go to Black Velvet Coffee. Coffee is great after a long day on the hill, and it warms you up. They also have a great wine bar and these amazing Belgian waffles; definitely treat yourself with one of those.

Resort that you think has the best food out of anywhere in the world: Maybe it’s because I know Mammoth better than any resort in the world, but I think we have a good mix of everything in Mammoth. Whatever you’re looking for, you can find it in Mammoth.

Snack you always have with you while on the slopes: I always have some kind of snack bar in my pocket. Sometimes eating a big meal while snowboarding slows me down. I find it better to eat snacks all day long.

Claims to fame: Gold medalist, big air, X Games, 2008, 2011 & 2013

Home mountain: Copper Mountain, Copper Mountain, Colo.

Favorite place to dine at Copper Mountain: I really like to eat at the Lemon Grass in the Center Village food court. It’s hard to come by good, healthy food at ski resorts these days, and this one’s a banger. You can’t go wrong with the green or red curry. It’s not too spicy and I usually go for the tofu to keep me shredding.

Favorite après venue at Copper that you love to go to time and again: We usually don’t après in Copper as we’ve been staying in Silverthorne or Breckenridge most of the time. When we do après at Copper, I like to go to Endo’s Adrenaline Cafe or Jack’s Bar in the village. If you can make it to Silverthorne, I recommend checking out the Dam Brewery.

Resort that you think has the best food out of anywhere in the world: I have to say Whistler in B.C., Canada stands out the most for me. It’s a big resort town with everything you could need or want for your taste buds.

Snack you always have with you while on the slopes: Some kind of nut bar, when I remember to bring it 🙂

Claims to fame: Silver medalist, superpipe, X Games, 2012-2013; US Open champion, 2012; 2-time Olympian

Home mountain: Kirkwood, Kirkwood, Calif.

Favorite place to dine in South Lake Tahoe: Sprouts. I grew up going there and I dream of it while I am away! I love the tostada with tempeh.

Favorite après venue at South Lake Tahoe that you love to go to time and again: Steamers is a locals’ sports bar that always has the best crowd after a good powder day!

Resort that you think has the best food out of anywhere in the world: That’s a tough one … I think that Aspen actually has some of the best resort restaurants out of anywhere I have ever been.

Snack you always have with you while on the slopes: I have been absolutely in love with Aloha trail mix the last year. It has my favorite goji berries and pistachios in it. It’s easy and delicious to snack on on the hill and 100% organic!

Chloe Kim

Claims to fame: Gold medalist, superpipe, X Games Aspen, 2015-2016; Gold medalist, superpipe, X Games Oslo, 2016; Gold medalist, halfpipe and slopestyle, Winter Youth Olympics, 2016

Home mountain: Mammoth Mountain, Mammoth Lakes, Calif.

Favorite place to dine in Mammoth, and favorite dish there: Pita Pit is a good last-minute place to eat. I like the buffalo chicken.

Favorite après venue at Mammoth that you love to go to time and again: I go to the Snowcreek Athletic Club a lot after I ride. I also like going out to the hot springs; some of them have really nice views and it’s so relaxing.

Resort that you think has the best food out of anywhere in the world: I honestly think that Mammoth Main Lodge has really good food. One of the reasons why it’s my favorite mountain is because it has such good food. A lot of the times, the mountain won’t have food that’s good, but Main Lodge is delicious.

Snack you always have with you while on the slopes: Some granola bars and maybe candy.
